It can always happen that something goes wrong. We recommend that you first notify us of your complaints by sending an e-mail to info@kiip.de. If you are unable to find a solution, you can submit your dispute to mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. EU consumers can also lodge a complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you can submit it via the European Union platform.

At KIIP we regard high service as the most imporant aspect of our business. That is why we constantly have the needs and wishes of our customers in mind. Yet it can happen that you are not satisfied about something. We like to know what that is. If you file a complaint we will try to fix the problem. On top of that: your complaint helps us improve our service to reach even higher standards.
